Introduction:

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of the college organized a Start-up Competition on 12th August 2026 at 10:00 AM at the J. K. Das Auditorium as a follow-up initiative to the previously conducted Business Plan Competition. The competition was designed to encourage students to move beyond conceptual business plans and take practical steps towards developing prototypes, models, or products based on the ideas and plans proposed during the Business Plan Competition. Through this initiative, students were motivated to transform their innovative ideas into tangible and demonstrable solutions with potential for real-world application and commercialization. The competition provided participants with an opportunity to showcase their progress through model/product presentations and demonstrations, while also receiving expert feedback on the feasibility, innovation, market potential, and entrepreneurial aspects of their proposed solutions.
